Wellbeing resources

This week has been Mental Health Awareness Week. Never has it been more important to look after the Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health of ourselves and those around us. For advice on talking to your child about mental health, getting help and support, as well as a parents A-Z guide to mental health, take a look at the Young Minds website:

The Anti-Bullying Alliance together with Restorative Thinking, have also put together a 'Restorative Thinking and Positive Relationships' course for parents and carers on how to manage conflict at home:

Year 11

Things are definitely gearing up for our Year 11 students. End of course assessments for Entry Level and BTEC courses have been taking place and GCSE exams began this week. Students are coping incredibly well with this extra pressure and it's reassuring for them to know that the end is now in sight. Although they don't leave us until 15th June, they have their Leavers' Assembly next Friday. We'll be sharing a few photos and thoughts on Twitter over the next few weeks to celebrate their time with us - look out for some cute, baby-faced year 7 students who have somehow turned into young adults!

Have a great weekend!
