Love it or hate it, winter is on the way and with it comes the seemingly endless deluge of leaves. Fortunately, we had Leo from the Hub to lend a helping hand using Mr Macfall's leaf blower. I think he had an absolute blast! (pun intended)

Brilliant Blockbots!

Look at this fabulous wooden creation, I'm sure you will agree Kirsty's construction skills are most impressive.

And Finally...

It is with a heavy heart that we have had to say goodbye and happy retirement to our wonderful Pauline Johnston! Many of you will have come across Pauline as she was our Family and Multi Agency Link Officer and has worked at Castle Hill for 24 years!

Pauline supported everybody in our school community: pupils, parents and staff as well as establishing positive relationships with a range of external agencies to ensure the correct support was always gained for whoever may need it.

Pauline worked tirelessly to build positive and effective relationships with everyone she came into contact with. Her commitment to Castle Hill and passion for improving outcomes was second to none and she will be missed more than she realises.

Julie Stonier, a well established and highly skilled member of staff (previously the Oasis lead) will be stepping into the role of Family and Multi Agency Link officer. Julie already has a wealth of knowledge in supporting pupils and families. Julie is passionate, approachable, calm and solution focused and will bring lots of energy and expertise to the role. There is no doubt that lots of you will already have some knowledge of Julie and be aware of her kind and caring nature and desire to support pupils, parents and staff.

Have a great weekend!
